My heater stopped working and we wanted to be sure there was not a pilot light issue. They were able to get me in the following day. Gave good advice, fixed problem and cost was reasonable.

We have called for service a couple of times and they schedule us right away. The techs are professional and there is good communication.

Robert Morales was our tech today and was very helpful. We had no cooling, he quickly found the issue and took time to offer recommendations and link us to sales consultant. Great service, great guy!

My husband called this past week about our 3 yr old A/C unit that Airtron installed to see if it was still under warranty. Immediately, the woman in the service department that answered the call made it a point to let him know that their SERVICE wasn’t under warranty and the fact that the parts might be was never brought up. No effort was made on their end to try to find out. So we called up a tech from another company and he diagnosed us as needing an expansion valve and called the manufacturer. The manufacturer told him the part is under warranty and to call the installer-Airtron, since they have an agreement. Again, my husband called and this time was told that the part is under warranty and they reiterated that their service is not and there would be a $89 diagnostic fee. My husband asked why they couldn’t just provide the part if the problem had already been identified and he was told that they can’t go off someone else’s diagnosis. Additionally, they would not come out for free. Now we’re at the end of the week in a hot house with our small children and it’s upsetting that the issue could have been resolved already if this company was concerned with helping us find solutions rather than making it clear that they don’t work for free...which is a given. It would have been great if they would have been able to confirm our part’s warranty in the first place and then we could have just had them come out and get started on the repair. Customer service could be much better.

Steven Marino came to our aid on a Sunday evening when we were close to panic mode. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I will receommend him and his company to all of our Austin-area friends.
